1 Definitions and Introduction

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

2bdt reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, especially during the withdrawal process. The KYC process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 2bdt is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Validity

If any fraudulent or unusual transaction is detected, 2bdt may temporarily suspend the relevant account and transaction for investigation purposes. 2bdt reserves the right to collect necessary information under its anti-money laundering policy.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus becomes withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonuses are not applicable across multiple accounts.
• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific validity period and terms.
• There may be a set maximum limit on bets placed using bonus balance.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, 2bdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The 2bdt VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. 2bdt reserves the right to modify VIP tiers and their associated benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2bdt platform:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of dishonest practice.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
• Operating an account in someone else's name or without authorization.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to rule violations, suspected fraud, inactivity, or legal requirements. Valid balances are generally refunded, unless there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

12 Limitation of Liability

2bdt accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial losses from gaming — gaming involves risk, and there is no guarantee of winning.

• Account losses caused by the user's own negligence.
